the Gospel of Calvinism: In Defense of Calvinism

The Gospel of Calvinism says God is Sovereign. God chooses who will be saved by choosing who will be the elect. If God chooses you to be elect then he will give you the grace you need to be saved.

What kind of grace will he give you? Irresistible grace. He will give you a grace that you cannot resist. Once he gives you this grace you will receive the faith to be saved.

You will NOT be able to resist God's SOVEREIGN choice and you WILL BE SAVED whether you really wanted to or not because Calvinism says you do NOT have FREE WILL.

Here are some bible verses written to support Calvinism. Since the word BELIEVE implies free will that word has been removed and replaced with God's "sovereign" word for believe... elect.

Mark 9:23 Jesus said unto him, If thou are elect, all things are possible to him that is elect.

Mark 16:16 He that is elect and is baptized shall be saved; but he that is not elect shall be damned.

Luke 5:20 And when he saw they were elect, he said unto him, Man, thy sins are forgiven thee.

John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, only to them that are the elect.

John 3:16 For God so loved the elect, that he gave the elect the faith to believe, that whosoever is elect will believeth in him and shall not perish, but will have everlasting life.

John 3:18 He that is elect is not condemned: but he that is not elect is condemned already, because he hath not been chosen to be given the grace and faith to believe in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

John 3:36 He that is elect will believeth on the Son and hath everlasting life: and he that is not elect will believeth not the Son and shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

John 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that is elect, will believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

John 6:40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which is elect, will believeth on him, will have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

John 6:47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that is elect will believeth on me and hath everlasting life.

Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Calvinism: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one who is elect; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is faith through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Romans 10:17 So then faith cometh by the election of God.

Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: faith is the gift of God: 9 not of works, but by the election of God AND you will have works if you are saved.

The Good News of Calvinism is you MAY be one of the elect. Jesus ONLY died for the ELECT. Hopefully, one day God will give you the GRACE and the FAITH to be saved. If God did not CHOOSE you to be elect then you can NEVER use your free will to be saved because you HAVE no free will. So, you WILL be DAMNED because God did not CHOOSE you.

Don't be a Calvinist and go to hell like John Calvin. Hate Calvinism. I hate Calvinism. You should, too.
